Pediatric occupational therapy helps children build the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional skills they need for everyday life. From tying shoelaces to focusing in class, our therapists work with families to make daily tasks easier, more enjoyable, and achievable.

Meet Our Occupational Therapist Harjot

Harjot Shoker is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is passionate about helping children and adults develop the skills and confidence needed to participate fully in everyday life.

Harjot has extensive experience working with both pediatric and adult populations, with a clinical focus on pediatric rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, sensory processing, developmental delays, fine and gross motor development, concussion rehabilitation, and functional independence. She incorporates evidence-based approaches including sensory integration, vestibular rehabilitation, neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), vibration therapy, and neurorehabilitation to provide individualized, goal-oriented care.

Harjot believes in building strong relationships with clients and families and works collaboratively with them to develop treatment plans that are meaningful, practical, and tailored to each person's unique goals.

Harjot provides services throughout the Greater Toronto Area and is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing her to support clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
